How to fix Harman Kardon Soundsticks
If your Harman Kardon Soundsticks speakers suddenly stop working and don't play any sound or play faint sound here are some fixes you can try.
1- Check that all the plugs are plugged in and the power shows a green light.
2- On the SubWoofer there is a blue light on the inside - Make sure that is lit
3- Make sure you have your computer plugged in to the speaker wire in the headphone port.
4- Make sure the sound control panel on your Mac is set to line out.
5- Now for the final fix on one of the sound sticks at the bottom of the actual speaker is a plus and minus sign on a silver area. press on the plus sign.
6- I f you still don't hear any sound press the plus and minus sign at the same time this must and
un-mutes the speaker then press the plus sign until the volumes returns.
They are very sensitive to touch so if they go down again click the plus sign the longer you hold it the louder it gets.
