Once you have downloaded it..

1. Open your downloads folder and click on the 

    OfficePreview.pkg file.

2. Follow the installation prompts.

3. Close the installer window once the install is complete.

4. The applications will be installed in you

    Applications folder on your Mac.

5. Drag them to your Dock for easy access

If you need to import your Ical Calendars to outlook 

Here is how to import your Calender's from iCal to Mac OS X outlook 2015

1- Click on the Calender you want to export in 

Ical then go to the File menu in Ical, select Export, 

the calendar file will be in (.ics) format

2- In the Save As box, type a name for the exported file 

and save it to your desktop or doc folder and then click Export..

3- Open up outlook select the calendar icon at the bottom of the navigation pane, 

you should now see your outlook calendar on the screen.

4- Last step - In the Finder, locate the .ics file 

the one you just exported, and drag the .ics file onto 

the Outlook Calendar grid, this will add you ical calendar info to your outlook calendar.
